Before you buy or sell a used GTX 1070 Ti

Nvidia barred partners from factory-overclocking the GTX 1070 Ti, so models shipped at identical 1607 MHz base and 1683 MHz boost clocks with 8GB GDDR5. Only cooler design and PCB power delivery vary, while the GTX 1070 and GTX 1080 are separate parts.

Founders Edition cards for this 180W GPU need a 500W PSU and one 8-pin PCIe plug, whereas custom partner boards often require an 8-pin plus 6-pin setup.
