Before you buy or sell a used i7-9700K

Stepping up from the twelve-thread i7-8700K, the i7-9700K drops Hyper-Threading for eight physical cores and eight threads with a 4.9GHz boost. Keep it separate from the graphics-free i7-9700KF and the locked 65W i7-9700, which are separate parts.

This 95W chip ships without a stock cooler, includes integrated graphics, and uses a soldered heatspreader. It fits only 300-series LGA1151 DDR4 boards, needing a Z390 or BIOS-updated Z370 board for multiplier overclocking.
